Scanning and Archiving
What Is e-LGS
A typical GP practice houses over 750,000 pages in Lloyd George envelopes full of personal information and detailed health histories. The administrative overheads of managing and storing physical records can be significant, and they take up huge amounts of space and staff time whilst risking being damaged or mislaid.
At Mid Mersey Digital Alliance Informatics, we have created a bespoke scanning and archiving solution, which reduces the need for storage of bulky documents.
Available to all GP and CCG's throughout the UK, our e-Lloyd George Service revolutionises access of records by turning them into electronic data, saving staff time, and making use of space within the practice more efficient, whilst ensuring faster access to and better security of patient records, via our secure online portal.
For any practice committed to finding a better, more efficient way of working, e-LGS is a clever yet simple solution.
