Training can be delivered in ways which best suit preferred delivery methods and learning styles - whether on a one-to-one, classroom or interactive e-learning basis.
 

In addition, we support all staff (both administrative and clinical) to:
 

• Develop the IT skills and confidence required to succeed in a modern healthcare environment.
   
• Embed and integrate new IT programmes and projects during the introduction phase of a new IT system or an upgrade to an existing one.
   
• Help identify and remove barriers to the effective use of IT systems, including giving staff the confidence to engage with and embrace IT systems.

We also offer many e-learning packages through the Moodle e-learning system; using software simulation to reflect as closely as possible the content and experience of our face-to-face sessions. All training is aligned with industry quality standards.

We have the in-house skills to develop e-learning packages for your training needs - our most recent including the delivery of an EMIS training package, HCA Academy and Ologies.
